Steve, Robyn and their two daughters Lucy and Jemma live on the property at Wootton. Since taking over the vineyard and winery in 2000 Great Lakes Winery has become a popular destination for wine lovers, travelers and locals - all who come to enjoy the wine and the tranquil environment at the winery.

Steve and Rob have shared a passion for wine since they first met. Steve has worked in the wine industry since his early 20’s but Great Lakes Winery is the first personally owned vineyard and winery for them both. Both enjoy greeting people to cellar door and spending time talking to and sharing their wine with customers
